The ideal candidate will have strong legal knowledge, research and case analysis experience, and a history of legal document preparation, with demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail. Seeking experience in municipal, land use or zoning.
Duties:
- Prepare legal documents
- Communicate with clients
- Perform mailing management
- Perform binder preparation and document review
- Manage court filings
- Perform attorney calendar management
- Assist with billing
- Draft correspondence
- Perform research as required
Qualifications:
- Paralegal Certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Experience with document management system
- At least 2 years of experience in a Paralegal role
- Prior experience with municipal, land use or zoning.
