OVERVIEW
AtlantiCare is seeking a Talent Branding & HR Communications manager. A key member of the HR and Marketing Communications leadership team, this role works in a matrix organization to develop powerful executive communications, drive team member engagement and promote talent brand awareness. Your contributions will promote and emphasize AtlantiCare’s position as an employer of choice and leader in acquiring and retaining top talent. This role will have a matrix reporting relationship to the Chief People Officer and Director, Corporate Communications and partner with teams across AtlantiCare including the Human Resources Leadership, and the Marketing Communications team.

POSITION SUMMARY
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in communications to collaborate on a variety of projects across Human Resources & the enterprise, with the following accountabilities:
- Executive Communications: Develop content and messages for the Chief People Officer, Chief Diversity Officer and AVP, People & Culture of AtlantiCare in various internal and external mediums ranging from speech writing and presentations to videos, blog updates, emails, social media and podcasts.
- Team Member Communications: An important audience is our 6,000 team members across 100 locations. This individual is responsible for developing and executing communications strategies that engage the team on the talent brand and business strategies. Key focus should be placed on creative communications strategies that bring the talent brand to life across multiple media platforms.
- Talent Branding: Develop communications strategies that positions AtlantiCare as an organization team members love to work for.
- Live Events:Work with a cross functional team to lead content development for a variety of events including leadership meetings, town halls, board meetings, celebratory events and executive retreats.
- Media Relations: Partners with the AtlantiCare MarCom Leaders to develop innovative and effective media strategies to help tell the AtlantiCare Talent Brand story and build our reputation with stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or a related field.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires desk/computer work a majority of the time. This position requires some standing and walking and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds required.
