Key Roles & Responsibilities

Transition Manager

• Oversee seamless integration of our team's personnel and capabilities into USSOCOM intelligence operations

• Ensure timely and effective transition from incumbent providers

• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement across all program areas

Program Manager

• Provide overall strategic direction and management of this comprehensive, elite intelligence support program

• Lead a diverse team of analysts, trainers, security personnel and more

• Adhere to all USSOCOM policies and mandates while delivering innovative solutions

Deputy Program Manager

• Assist in all program management activities working closely with the PM

• Oversee day-to-day operations and direct coordination with USSOCOM elements

• Help ensure delivery of accurate, actionable intelligence for high-intensity SOF missions

Requirements

For all roles, you'll need:

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's in management or related field

• 10 years managing USSOCOM, JSOTF or DOD/federal programs

• Project/Program Management certification (PMP, PgMP)

• Mastery of operational warfare planning and execution

• Experience leading 100 personnel teams

• Ability to thrive in demanding operational environments

Desired qualifications include:

• Master's degree

• 8 years USSOCOM/JSOTF special operations intelligence experience

• DAWIA Program Management and acquisition certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
