Creative Marketing Specialist - Part Time

The Part-Time Creative Marketing Specialist will provide support to the Marketing Department in the following areas:

• Organizing and shipping event/promotional material

• Event material inventory management/tracking

• Prepare customer giveaways and ensure readiness for on site events

• Managing promotional material inventory levels

• Ensure our demonstration areas are at an excellent level of readiness/presentation

• Manage and track distribution of sales demo resources

Schedule:

• This is a PART-TIME role

To succeed, you will need:

• Excellent organization skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with team members across the organization

• Solid attention to detail

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel

• Ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously

• Work independently or with a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, while having a great time doing it

• Flexible weekly working hours, up to no more than 32 hours and no less than 4 hours per week, depends on workload

• Can lift up to 30lbs on an occasion
