Roles and Responsibilities
In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring adoption of our CRM software (SAP Cloud4Customer) within our Atlas Copco Compressors LLC US Customer Center. Your interactions will be fundamental to share all information about adoption of the CRM , new processes and best practices in order to create value through sales process excellence. This role will be central for sharing of knowledge with the local team , been being a presence in the sales and management meetings to ensure focus on main CRM topics and have processes always aligned, but also to be able to capture difficulties from the field or from the management in handling the CRM and drive to a solution.
What We Expect From You:
*Follow up and drive usage and adoption of the CRM
*Be the local master user of CRM System and its processes
*Be responsible for CRM user trainings, coaching and be an "how to" support.
*Organize and manage the CRM training for sales/ marketing teams and managers
*Coaching manager and sales teams to reach maximum value with the correct usage of the CRM
*Includes key focus of guiding sales teams in use of good sales process management, which leads to KPI trend improvement over time.
*Work closely with sales management & corporate teams on CRM needs
*Manage communication internally on new and update developments , train on any new CRM implementation or functions
*Implement and support all divisional sales strategies
*Accountable for monitoring , driving and communicating adoption at local Customer Center
*Document and train on local specific C4C processes, focused on complete business process flows
*Good understanding of complete system landscape ( ERP, service, reporting , etc ) and processes
*Assist in and facilitate with C4C integrated processes ( e.g. CPQ, ITP, HubSpot, NPS, etc)
*Explore new ideas and share them with the stakeholders teams
*First line of support in Customer Center
- Includes efficient troubleshooting of specific users problems from sales people and inside 'back office' users.
- Determine priorities of these issues & ability to work out solutions him/herself or work with global C4C support to resolve.
*Point of contact towards second line CRM support with issues that cannot be resolved locally
*Drive the Customer Center to maintain master data of high quality, take action and collaborate with the local teams whenever necessary
*Support testing of C4C new releases and upgrades
*Scale best practices
*Many implementation projects on changes to the CRM System
*Communication skills in English required
*Assist in Coordination / Organization of Training Events
*Other duties as assigned
*Collaboration with Global CRM Leadership Team
- Availability for participation in global focus groups to initiate C4C improvements, new implementations, Customer Center needs & standardization of practices
- Coordination & communication between local and global groups with proven ability to compromise in applicable situations and still draw, implement an drive consensus to stay on target for management change.

Experience
Experience in CRM software - SAP Cloud4Customer preferred
Experience in revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches.
Experience in using analytical skills with able to communicate effectively between various local/global cooperate management teams and users.
Ability to facilitate consensus among these groups with understanding of different points of view, then communicate between all groups ongoing initiatives to open address issues.
Experience and communication skills to operate & quickly adapt to new corporate environments
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
