OIL FREE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• Install, maintain, and repair oil-free compressors in various industries.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and components.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks based on OEM recommended tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compressors meet industry standards and regulations.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions, defects, or failures in equipment.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Work with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or 3-5 years relevant field experience
• Experience with oil-free compressor installation, maintenance, and repair with expertise in centrifugal technology
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
• Able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed primarily in the 4-state area of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee
