The Sales Representative is an ambitious professional who is results driven. You will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with our marketing and lodging team to attract and maintain new clients throughout West Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads on lodging in the West Texas market
  • Responsible for coverage of West Texas and possibility travel to Huston for leads
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and clients
  • Track and record all sales
  • Provide input to improve marketing materials that will best communicate and expand the company’s profile in the market.
  • Work with local communities to develop relationships and getting to know key contributors in the West Texas community
  • Work efficiently with lodging staff to keep up with availability and demand
  • product solutions, and attainment of target account goals for the company
  • Individual must be able to travel and have own vehicle

Education and Experience

  • Previous sales experience including cold calling
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability
  • Excellent written skills
  • Bilingual is an asset but not a requirement
  • A strong ability to be adaptable and flexible; Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with teams and lead decision-making processes in a team environment.
  • Highly motivated, results oriented, self-driven with a high sense of urgency.
