Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor borrowers' compliance with loan documents and manage routine commercial loan transactions in accordance with these documents
  • Support the daily Loan Servicing needs by providing data analysis, project deliverables, risk management, and operational requirements
  • Independently review system-generated reports to monitor loan delinquency, maturities, call dates, payments, and interest rate changes and update systems as needed
  • Research and reconcile loan-related issues that arise within various teams
  • Collect and track annual financials and rent rolls
  • Assist in the closing of commercial mortgage loans and capital calls requests
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management
