What are the responsibilities and job description for the Arbitration Admin. position at Atlas Staffing?
Atlas Staffing is seeking an Arbitration Admin for a car auction lot in Airway Heights. This is a temporary opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Collects and compiles data from BPP frame and drive checks quickly and accurately.
Scan BPP Inspection sheets.
Contact service facilities to arrange repair work
Assist with tracking vehicles and arranging transportation to and from service facilities. Maintain contact with those companies to ensure the highest level of service is received.
Assists Sales to ensure previously rejected arbitrated vehicles are re-consigned and appropriate declarations are made.
Assist with processing invoices for BPP claims, inherited vehicles, rejects, price adjusts, released vehicles and ASI payback requests.
Post charges to vehicles and AR’s for completed repairs.
Fail / Pass inspections for arbitrated vehicles.
Contact customers and advise that repairs are complete and arrange transport.
Contributes to effective operations by providing support where and when as needed on sale / customer promotion dates.
Maintains confidentiality of all records regarding customer and / or employee information.
Requirements :
Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel
Familiar with Trello
Comfortable working in a moderate to loud noise level environment.
Strong at multi-tasking
Team player
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM
Wage : $18.00-$20.00 DOE
