PRIMARY FUNCTION: Atlas is seeking a diverse marketing team member with a variety of skills. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter that is able to muti-task while managing a variety of projects, administrative duties, and graphic art and design assignments. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Creative Services Manager to execute marketing initiatives that support market brand awareness and goals.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop new creative concepts, graphics, layouts
Assist in design and assembly of client presentations, qualification packages, proposal graphics
Develop promotional content for digital and print media
Use existing InDesign templates to create brochures, cut sheets, and other collateral
Ensure brand consistency across all forms of communication
Ability to edit photos/headshots a plus
May assist in photography shoots and coordination
Collaborate with internal clients across Atlas
Assist with admin, marketing, and communications support as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
4-Year Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or another business-related field
Effective time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated & adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate and build working relationships across various work groups
Understanding of visual identity development and implementation
Ability to handle conflicting demands while remaining flexible and maintaining accuracy
Other Miscellaneous Requirements:
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
5 plus years proven experience in marketing or related field
