Job Requirement :
The Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant is a resource dedicated to the SAP AMS and development of SAP and Success factors projects.

This resource has deep in functional SAP HCM and Success factors knowledge to interpret the business requirements.

Under leadership of AMS SAP Operations manager, this resource should be able to support SAP HCM, Success factors and other HR applications.

The resource should also be able to design, develop and implement the solutions according to the business requirements of the customer.

Resource should be well versed with SAP HCM functional, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Data Migration, interface building and HR business processes.

• Managing functional support of SAP HR module in the key areas such Personnel Administration, Organization Management and Third Party Payroll Processing, ensuring that the system remains operational, addressing any systems issues.
• Document all current processes and interfaces for future readiness of Successfactors project.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis of Master Data for SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong Functional Knowledge of Successfactors Modules Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, PMGM and Compensation.
• Knowledge and understanding of Sucessfactors integrations and interfaces, API connectors and file based integrations.
• Responsible for system (functional business) applications requirements gathering and documentation for enhancement requests in conjunction with the HR Process, Procedures and Processes. The role provides functional SAP support for operations for the Human Resource user groups.
• Expert knowledge in creating SAP forms and Workflows within SAP HR ECC 6.0
• Submitting and managing requests through IT Service/Help desk. Responsible for coordinating response 24x7 for all severity 1 and 2 incidents and any lower level incidents having significant business impact. Interaction with HR business function to ensure all requests from HR are dealt with effectively, efficiently and in accordance with standard IT practice
• Key point of contact with HR team for all SAP HR related work. Will assist in the functional design (in conjunction with the HR Processes), testing and deployment of interfaces and other integral changes.
• Run Queries, reports, write technical specifications, define business processes and vendor communication
• Main point of contact for all the other IT applications which are dependent on or which affect the running of the SAP HR system, specifically single sign on, identity and access management team and all downstream systems.
• Main point of contact for all support and project related activities for any VW AG projects and applications with SAP HR.
• Monitoring of SAP HR data and their relationship to SAP Payroll. Administration of IDOCs, working with ADP for payroll processing.
• Ensure IT HR SAP group interacts with other IT HR Applications and Payroll teams, ensuring communications of all updates, changes etc across the team. Involvement in evaluation of HR applications suite to be held throughout coming year
• Applications’ testing in accordance with company polices. Involvement in the maintenance of training materials (including Process flows, Process Procedures etc). Involvement in all aspects of SAP HR application support.
• Coordinate all data and file transfer issues with external and internal interfaces; Kronos, Benefits vendors, Vanguard, Concur, SuccessFactors, Taleo etc.
