Job Description
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will work with the Talent Acquisition team to support the growth of ATPCO. Working within the People and Culture Team, you will drive the hiring process to discover talent to join the company. You will work with hiring managers throughout the company to build relationships, pinpoint their needs, and find the right fit for their teams in order to accomplish their business goals.
You will:
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle process from end to end
- Source and engage candidates for positions across multiple teams
- Define recruitment and sourcing strategies to meet company needs
- Work with stakeholders and hiring teams to gain alignment and deliver a superior candidate experience
- Identify and screen candidates through various sources and platforms

- Experience recruiting in house or at an agency
- Ability to influence and manage people to drive outcomes
- Can navigate sensitive situations and information delicately
- Is eternally optimistic and enjoys laughing while at work
