Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medical history
- Provide care for patients with special needs, including those with behavioral health issues or physical disabilities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of [Location]
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
