Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Oversee the filing system and maintain organized records
- Provide support in training and development of office staff
- Assist with team management, including delegating tasks and monitoring progress
- Coordinate office events and meetings
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
