We are looking for a TeamAssist Specialist (TAP) for our Strategic Services team to join our organization. TAPs are highly organized, service-minded problem solvers that work directly with assigned financial professionals and their staff.
The primary role of the TAP Specialist is to provide general administration, operations, and platform support to financial professionals. TAP Specialists help prepare and submit documents, open new accounts, update account information, manage CRM systems, process money movement, and provide client support. TAP Specialists build strong trusting relationships with financial professionals and serve as an extension of their team.

Location: This position may be done HYBRID out of one the following home office locations:

- Remote – USA for the right candidate
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
What you will do:
- Work as a virtual member of assigned financial professionals’ offices.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all operational needs.
- Set client appointments and create follow up tasks as needed.
- Prepare documentation for prospect and client meetings.
- Create client onboarding paperwork utilizing Unio and other technologies.
- Submit instructions and account documentation for new accounts, account maintenance, cash management, and transfers.
- Monitor items to review and act on time sensitive requirements.
- Work with custodians and third -party sponsors to open and maintain accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to research and resolve issues.
- Respond to client correspondence within a timely manner.
- Educate financial professionals and their staff on enterprise technology.
- Assist clients with logging into and utilizing Clear1.
- Workload varies and overtime may be required at certain times.
- Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
- Provide best in class service experience.
Must haves:
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Financial services sales assistant experience or equivalent support experience
- Experience with custodians, mutual fund companies, and insurance carriers
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative recommendations and solutions
- Excellent planning, organizing, and project management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be service minded
