RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
• Current RN License for state of Wisconsin - required
• Ability to Administer Medication
• Ability to travel required
• Recent clinical experience: specialty skills in geriatrics preferred
• Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
