Client Overview :

Our client is a global insurance organization looking for an experience Account Coordinator with strong administrative skills.

Salary / Hourly Rate :

$20 / hr

Position Overview :

The Account Coordinator needs to be a self-starter and take initiative in the workplace. The Account Coordinator should have experience managing accounts or supporting the sales team.

This role will manage and develop relationships with clients and brokers, while ensuring satisfaction of all individuals.

Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator :

  • Assisting in the management and servicing of client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies that improve sales performance and profitability
  • Handling administrative tasks such as paperwork, data entry, processing orders, and tracking sales progress
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates
  • Coordinating with various internal departments such as marketing or production to align client needs and expectations
  • Conducting market research to identify new potential customers and market trends
  • Providing support to the sales team, including preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Resolving client issues and queries promptly and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events, promotions, and campaigns
  • Ensuring all client data is up to date in the company database
  • Conducting post-sales follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and to identify opportunities for future sales

Qualifications for the Account Coordinator :

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking capability

Education Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Risk Management is preferred
