Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will collaborate with the HR team and the business to implement HR initiatives in line with the organization’s strategic objectives. By developing strong internal client relationships and providing coaching, the HRBP will help drive people management initiatives. Working as part of an influential HR team, the HRBP will work with a strong multi-disciplined group of colleagues. Key responsibilities of this role will include providing HR consultation and support in the areas of performance management, change management, talent management, employee relations and merger and acquisition integration.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures; managing people-related risk, performing investigations, documenting findings, and providing complex problem-solving recommendations.
- Coaches employees and people managers on employment related questions including performance management and career development.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions and programs to support engagement and retention.
- Fosters an open-door culture and a positive environment that supports the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees.
- Responsible for the accuracy of information in the HRIS for assigned business segments.
- Supports total rewards programs including bonus cycles and merit increases for assigned business segments.
- Supports Talent Management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, employee engagement surveys, and more.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Identifies training needs for business segments and facilitates training programs to ensure success.
- Partners with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to create and price new positions as well as conducts FLSA reviews on jobs as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources experience
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, training, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- HR Certification preferred: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), PHR and/or SPHR.

Salary : $90,800 - $115,000
