Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Attentive Care Inc. is introducing a new position into their workforce. A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise our (RTC) and become part of our ABA Division of Behavioral Supports. Our ABA Division of Behavioral Supports offers high quality services and care to our clients. Attentive Care Inc. is looking for a collaborative minded individual seeking to join our expanding ABA team.

Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Function: A Behavior Analyst is to supervisor a Behavior Technician to implement Behavior Support Plans and corresponding treatment objectives

Behavior Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• Board-Certified (has a Certificate)
• Experience working with adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
• Crisis management training (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and implement written instructions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional and punctual
• Reliable transportation
• Successful Criminal Background Check

Behavior Analyst Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Behavior technician in all aspects of their job and ensure all individuals receive quality service
• Create quality reporting with data and progress. To justify clinical recommendations and service provision authorizations
• Implement initial assessments and reassessments
• Write comprehensive ABA programs as needed
• Provide advocacy on behalf of clients, including attending any case review meetings
• Accept and make positive changes in response to feedback
• Maintain confidentiality in all records containing PHI according to HIPAA and Attentive Care Inc. policy.
• Develop and maintain an interactive relationship with individuals and their caregivers that reflect values and principles held by Attentive Care Inc.
• Exhibit proficiency and implement all tasks needed to serve the individuals appropriately including implementation of treatment plan goals and other tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $75-$100 per hour

*Must have New Jersey Driver’s License (Required)

*MUST have be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in NEW JERSEY

*Must be vaccinated

Pay: Up to $100.00 per hour
