About The Opportunity
We are looking for a senior paralegal to manage a probate and estate planning caseload, mentor part-time paralegals, and help move cases to completion. This position is ideal for a paralegal with 3-5 years of experience who is looking to advance their career. You will work in-office with flexibility for personal appointments and play a key role in client support and firm growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle probate administration and estate planning cases.
Supervise and leverage part-time and junior paralegals.
Communicate directly with clients, providing empathetic support during emotional times.
Manage court filings, including petitions, inventories, and accountings, ensuring compliance with Florida law.
Oversee and improve the firm's technology and workflows, utilizing Clio, LexisNexis, and other legal software
Work independently on complex cases without direct supervision.
Regularly review and enhance processes for greater efficiency and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate

A role model for junior staff, with a focus on improving process flows.
Experience in Florida e-filing, Clio, Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, and other probate-specific software.
3-5 years of relevant experience in probate and estate planning.

Paralegal certification (or willingness to become certified within one year).
Knowledge of court filings and estate planning documentation.
Commitment to ongoing professional development; professional memberships supported by the firm.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $58,206 - $74,159, depending on experience.
Bonus potential.
