Our Account Supervisors are the glue that keeps external and internal communications strong. You are tasked with bringing exceptional client services to our partner brands and agencies each day, always communicating the ATTN: voice and best practices. In order to build trust with internal and external teams, the AS must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills including the ability to handle client triage, pitch work, work through timing and budget hurdles, and do so with a diplomatic stance. An AS is the ultimate leader and organizer who can build trusted, positive relationships while keeping the whole system on track every day.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee 1-3 Account Managers who independently manage projects ranging from $50K-$5MM in size under your leadership
- Serve as the key day-to-day account contact with mid to senior-level clients, creative teams, production teams, and agency partners
- Develop and workshop campaign timelines, in partnership with creative and production teams, that deliver on client expectations
- Brainstorm and workshop creative using your “client hat” and best practices from previous agency experience
- Manage and communicate campaign tracking that is shared with company management, including Co-Founders
- Build a strong partnership with Seller, Creative Director, Post-Production Supervisor, and Line Producer on assigned projects
- Navigate the client objectives prior to sale and mid-execution of a project
- Lead client services on shoots both in Los Angeles and in other domestic cities
- Lead with positivity and diplomacy to create a calm, productive work environment
Who You Are
- 5-6 years of experience building strong client relationships at a publisher or creative agency
- 1-2 years of managing junior-level account team members
- Deep understanding of short-form video production, especially the post-production process ● Extensive familiarity with social media including but not exclusively best practices, performance reports, content parameters and branded content requirements
- Understanding of experiential, OOH, digital, interactive and other 360 program components Independent management experience of clients in CPG, Spirits, Auto, Finance and/or Entertainment industry
- Ability to independently own client relationships by employing exquisite written and verbal communication
- Strong deck-building skills ranging from the layout to the effectiveness of the words
- Appreciation for team-based work that requires a consistently even-keeled attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
- Keen research skills to be able to identify publisher and social trends and learn about new partners’ needs and concerns
- Empathy and the ability to read the room and anticipate fire drills that may arise
