Job Responsibilities:

PARALEGAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

Drafting and filing legal pleadings; Managing legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence; Corresponding with counsel, court, and clients. Trial preparation.

Answering and directing phone calls, coordinating appointments and greeting clients; Creating and organizing files; Monitoring calendars, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements are strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, great computer skills, great writing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to take direction and work independently with little to no supervision; highly organized and detail- oriented. Paralegal Certification and /or bachelor degree preferred; diploma required. Notary a plus!

PARALEGAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED !

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Legal Experience required. Notary a plus. Bonuses considered based on job performance.
