Homeowners come to us because because their roof is leaking, damaged or old, they want to save money on their electric bill or both. Homeowners choose ATTYX because we deliver on promises made. A roof replacement gone wrong can cost the homeowners thousands. A solar system that doesn't work is a nightmare. It takes a group of obsessive, talented and committed individuals to do it right.

About The Role

Account Executives are integral members of our high-performance sales team. They're responsible for enrolling new customers and play a key to the growth and success of our business.

They require a high caliber of professionalism and communication skills to connect with others. Account Executive's mission is to drive new business revenue. This is not an easy job but it pays EXTREMELY well.

This is done primarily through converting warm appointments, generated by marketing and our outbound sales team, into customers. However, if necessary to hit your goals, you can set your own appointments from company provided leads.

This position is full-time and requires you live in or around the Greensboro area. You will be meeting with homeowners at their homes around Greensboro.

This position is highly flexible. While there are certain things you’d be required to attend (like daily team meetings), you have the freedom to set your own schedule however you see fit.

This position would act as a stepping stone for more advanced positions in our company in the future.

Pay Structure: You will be paid weekly, direct deposit into your account and this position is commission bonus only.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Meet with homeowners in the Greenville area at their homes for appointments and convert them into sales
  • Set appointments from company provided leads
  • Attend daily sales team huddles
  • Use our projections system to track your sales metrics
  • Keep HubSpot, the CRM, up to date and organized
  • Assist Operations with project-related work when it’s necessary
  • Independently train to improve your skill set

What Makes You A Fit

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Preferably experience in solar/roofing sales but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be comfortable with people. You’ll be talking with people all day long so you must be okay with it.
  • Be coachable. Be willing to learn from other people who’ve excelled in your role before you.
  • Do what you say you’ll do. Our team follows through on what we say.
  • This is not an easy job, but it pays well. You have no issue working hard.
  • High standards. You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. You must do the same.
  • Have a valid U.S. driver's license and a car. You're willing and able to meet homeowners at their homes in the Greensboro area for sales appointments.
  • Willing to work 50-60 hours per week IF it was needed to hit your goals
