Job Description:
To consistently meet or surpass daily and monthly individual and team goals, including generating a minimum of 12 high-quality leads per day to support the Sales team in acquiring new customers.
Essential Functions:
Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce our company and offerings, making at least 200 outbound calls daily.
Utilize phone etiquette, computer proficiency, and a professional, positive demeanor to engage with potential clients and generate quality leads.
Ensure lead quality by asking qualifying questions to potential customers.
Identify genuine interest in our products and services and accurately document these interests for follow-up by the sales team.
Achieve a minimum of 100% of individual quality leads each month.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and leads generated.
Other Functions: Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Experience Required:
Previous experience in a call center.
Previous experience in customer service.
Materials and Equipment Used:
Telephone (including voicemail).
Telephone headset.
Computer, software, and database.
Calculator.
Copier.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Office-based work environment.
Ability to sit for up to 8 hours while using a computer.
Clear and articulate speech for up to 8 hours.
Hand-eye coordination and visual acuity for close and mid-range tasks.
Manual dexterity for typing and using the phone.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
