Administrative Assistant OR Bookkeeping Position (Dallas)

compensation: Compensation will depend upon experience

employment type: contract

Seeking an Administrative Assistant to start immediately. You will be answering calls and emails from existing and prospective clients, and will be required to communicate effectively and politely. You will also assist in day-to-day project management, and make sure our drafters stay on schedule with existing projects. Bookkeeping skills required. This is an ideal SECOND or part time job. It averages between 10-15 hrs per week, daily work attendance will be discussed at the interview.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Responsible attitude with strong work ethic
  • Bookkeeping skills
  • Extremely organized and self motivated
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time accordingly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Takes pride in doing a job well the first time with minimal errors
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office experience: 4 years (Preferred)

Security clearance:

  • Confidential (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Plano, TX 75024
