The targeted compensation range for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $17.00//hr. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.
Job Description
As host of all hosts, you will be responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. The ideal candidate must love providing the ultimate customer service while paying close attention to detail while working within a fast paced environment.
- Ensure smooth flow of spa operations by reviewing daily treatment schedules and preparing/maintaining guest areas to meet our standards and protocols.
- Keep pool areas tidy by removing towels, cups and dishes and restock.
- Transport linen carts to the laundry facility.
- Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations
- Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area throughout the day
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required, preferably within a Luxury hotel environment
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Must be able to lift, carry and pull over 30 lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift
- Motions include: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, climbing up and down the stairs.
