Our Naples, ME location is currently hiring for a Power Equipment (Stihl) Store Specialist!
The Store Specialist is an expert, explaining the specifications and features of our outdoor power equipment products and services. This associate provides exceptional consultative services to customers and ensures their needs are met before leaving the store. The Power Equipment Specialist is also responsible for executing orders and projects in their area of focus.
What we are looking for:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service and product guidance.
- Order, stock, sign, and merchandise Stihl departmental products as directed by the store manager utilizing established procedures.
- Ring up, carry out, and load store merchandise.
- Maintain department orderliness and cleanliness based on Aubuchon standards.
- Repair Stihl products using approved Stihl procedures.
- Cashiering and other store, yard, or warehouse tasks may be required.
- Operate forklift certification preferred, not required.
What we are looking for from you:
- No Power Equipment Sales Experience Required - WE TRAIN YOU!
- 1 year of customer service experience is required.
- Experience identifying and selling products based on customers' needs.
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- A flexible schedule that allows for morning, afternoon, and evening any day of the week.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Salary : $28,800 - $36,400
