Audi Cape Fear is looking to hire a Service BDC Representative for our busy dealership who will be responsible for setting up service appointments, answering inbound service calls, outbound service and sales calls, and most importantly the initial impression customers have of the dealership.

Responsibilities
- Give new customers a great initial impression of the dealership.
- Schedule service appointments for customers in our service department
- Answer inbound service calls
- Respond to and follow up on all customer Internet inquiries via email
- Make follow-up calls to customers.
Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume Service call center is preferred.
- Must be friendly and have a positive, professional attitude.
- Must like talking on the phone and answering customers' questions about our extensive line of products .
- CDK experience is a plus.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills .
- Great organizational skills.
- The ability to multi-task, follow directions, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and positively defuse negative situations with customers
