What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Leader position at Audience?

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Talen Acquisition Leader. You will own the entire hiring process. This will include working with department leaders to identify the talent needed, sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent. While you will be assisted by other company leaders, we expect you to own the process. We are looking for someone who can be creative, is not afraid to take the initiative, and is obsessed with providing exceptional hiring experience for candidates.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of full-time experience in IT/Tech Recruiting or a related field
- Track record or aptitude for successfully identifying and qualifying extraordinary talent (using LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other methods)
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Confidence to provide advice to department leaders and hiring managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal direction
- Ability to thrive in an agile, rapidly changing environment
