Key Responsibilities
- Support Change Initiatives: Assist in developing and executing change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and feedback to identify change impacts and assess readiness for change. Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster a positive attitude towards change.
- Communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling communication materials to various audiences, including newsletters, presentations, and updates.

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related consulting role is preferred. Internships or academic projects in relevant areas will be considered.
