Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize HR operations, including HR systems, processes, and procedures, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and improve HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the performance of HR operations and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the HR operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers related to HR operations, including benefits administration and HR technology.
- Address complex employee issues and ensure that HR operations support a positive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 8 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing HR systems, processes, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
