- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with marketing hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role, including technical skills and creative capabilities.
- Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection within the marketing field.
- Regularly update hiring managers on the progress of open positions and provide insights on the candidate market.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide candidates with detailed information about the company, its marketing strategies, and the specific role they are applying for.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, and finalize employment contracts.

- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment practices and make informed decisions.
- Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in preparing compliance reports, such as EEO-1 and other regulatory filings, as required.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the recruitment process, leveraging feedback from hiring managers and candidates.
- Participate in professional development and training to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge specific to the marketing industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and market research.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for marketing positions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
