What we are looking for... 

As a Business Development Associate at August Schell you will learn strategic marketing and sales techniques to help you discover and foster new business relationships. You will gain valuable industry insight, be knowledgable in the latest cutting edge technologies, and expand your professional network as you cultivate strong positive relationships with our partners and customers. You will leverage your knowledge and relationships to develop marketing and sales strategies that will generate new growth and business opportunities.

What you will do... 

  • Increase sales and market share through focused prospecting.
  • Develop relationships with partner companies and partner representatives.
  • Strategize campaigns and account planning.
  • Create an accurate territory plan and account strategies.
  • Generate sales leads and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Aggressive follow-through.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Unlimited bonus structure with uncapped potential.
