What are the responsibilities and job description for the PHYSICAL THERAPIST - Inpatient Therapy, $10,000 position at Augusta Health Brand?
The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating all patients across the life span assigned to them, determine short-term and long-term goals in conjunction with the patient and other team members when appropriate, develop and implement a comprehensive treatment program to meet these goals without direct supervision, and perform these tasks in a timely, effective manner that corresponds to the normal productivity standards for the department. Additional responsibilities will include administrative assignments as assigned. Physical Therapists will adhere to all state and federal regulations that apply to the practice of physical therapy.
Experience Desired
* Two years of clinical experience is preferred. One year of experience in a specialized area is preferred.
License Requirements
* Current or eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia.
License Desired
* Membership in state and national professional organizations is preferred.
