Department Information


University Advancement

Job Summary


Provide data management support for Advancement Services within University Advancement Division to support University-wide fundraising efforts. Manage data entry procedures to ensure movement in projects while maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize import tools to import/update constituent and gift data into fundraising database
  • Utilize online resources to research and verify constituent data
  • Follow data security and privacy policies
  • Monitor online resources for obituaries, wedding announcements, and related articles on alumni/constituents and update constituent records as needed
  • Write and run queries for data cleanup and/or reporting
  • Monitor duplicate record report and merge duplicate records as needed

Required Qualifications


Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience

  • One (1) or more years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications


Preferred Educational Qualifications

  • Some post-secondary education

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Raiser's Edge software
  • Experience with data management

Proposed Salary


$18.41 - $20.19 per Hour

This is an non-exempt position paid on a bi-weekly basis.
