Summary: Work with officers, managers, and supervisors to recruit, vet, interview and hire applicants. This individual will oversee applications and applicants from start to finish in the hiring process. They’ll also oversee any performance reviews, disciplinary action, and terminations for employees and file any paperwork into employee files.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining open Job listings on all medias.
- Vetting applications to the best of their abilities before sending vetted applications to corresponding department leaders.
- Maintaining/Updating Interview Questions for all departments in conjunction with department leaders.
- Coordinating any pre-employment processes for each department and overseeing applicants in these pre-employment processes.
- Sit in on all interviews to help maintain professionalism and company standards while eliminating “he said she said” problems.
- Maintain employee profiles and file employee paperwork. (raises, incentive bonus, reviews, write up, duty changes, terminations, Etc..)
- Work with payroll Associate to reconcile employee profiles and pay as scheduled.
- Work with Safety Associates to ensure all employees meet Aulick’s Safety standards.
- Work with ADP total source services to make sure all regulatory filings are being completed within the system.
- Work within ADP to continue Aulick industries growth in using their payroll, HR, 401k, and Insurance to the fullest potential.
- Review, Maintain and/or Update employee handbook on a schedule yearly.
- Oversee and Maintain internships and apprenticeships programs tracking and documentation.
- Perform all duties listed above or communicated from CEO in a professional and efficient manner.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Education and Experience:
- Experience in ADP payroll/HR services software.
- At least seven years of experience in Human Resources.
Physical Activities/Requirements:
- Must be able to use computers efficiently.
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and sit for long periods of time during daily routine.
Safety Responsibilities:
- Maintain all safety standards and avoid cutting corners that may compromise the safety of self and or working environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position does not have supervisory roles to begin with.
