Position Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will work with our Project Services team to ensure that all client projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. This is not an easy role; but the best candidates will enjoy the challenge of working closely and collaboratively with their technical colleagues, while meeting aggressive delivery timelines and maintaining positive team relationships.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of small client projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in the development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Coordinate a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate problems to the management team as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- May assist Project Managers with larger, more complex projects
Preferred Skills:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in project management
- Communicates clearly and effectively across small teams to foster a friendly collaborative work environment
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in data entry, typing, and attention to detail
- Resourceful in getting things done, self-starter, and productive working independently or collaboratively – ours is a fast-pace entrepreneurial environment with performance expectations and deadlines
