Job Title: Assist Technician / Installation Technician/ Jr. Technician / Helper
Location: Clarksdale, MS
Shift Time: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Hourly Rate: $17 to $18 per hour
Job Summary: We are seeking Assist Technicians to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Lead Technician on-site with various tasks to ensure a smooth installation process.
- On-the-Job Training Provided:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Technician with unboxing and setting up staging areas.
- Support the Lead Technician in following the hardware installation guide, including tasks like bracket assembly and cable management (e.g., using zip ties).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by breaking down boxes and cleaning the area.
- Assist in lifting items weighing over 50 lbs, in coordination with another technician.
- Perform general tasks like unboxing, cleaning the stage area, and using basic hand tools.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required, but familiarity with basic tools is a plus.
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Ability to lift and handle items weighing more than 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
