Caregiver

Currently seeking exceptional, dedicated, and compassionate Caregivers to join our growing team! You will have the opportunity to assist in the daily care of clients across the Tri-County area and beyond both privately in-home and in a community setting. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting a positive atmosphere with an individualized approach to care.
• Provide positive interaction with clients that contribute to emotional health and wellness based upon individual holistic needs. Including but not limited to; spiritual needs, personal interests, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promoting personalized life enrichment for clients and families.
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to care team leaders.
• Collaborate with the care team, clients, and families for best care outcomes for the client and family.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment while promoting preventive and personal wellness.
• Assist clients with various services which may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, pet care, errands, outings, and transportation.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields preferred.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to develop new skills and approaches to care in order to meet client needs on an individual basis.
• Punctuality and Reliability is a MUST!
• Ability to meet requirements on background check.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to work in homes with pets preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
