Requirements:
3 years automotive supply chain experience working with production, scheduling, shipping and purchasing. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude and a desire to provide the highest quality of service. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment is a must. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Job Description
Monitors and expedites the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. Identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or suggests solutions. Works with suppliers to resolve issues. Assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
· Review and update supply chain practices in compliance with company policies, standards, laws and regulations.
· Monitor and assess vendor performance.
· Implement logistic strategies, track all goods to and from production facility.
· Analyze supply chain data to create and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
· Identify and minimize risk by predicting the demand for products according to Lean Manufacturing practices.
· Manage inventory, packaging and distribution.
· EDI/SAP Order monitoring, system error analysis/feedback.
· Monitor Master Material List (BOM, etc.). Update & error feedback.
· Safety Stock Optimization.
· DMR/RMA Reporting/History Log.
· 3PR Cost Estimating/Manpower Requirements.
· KPI Reporting.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $47,981.88 - $69,827.63 per year
