Austin Realty is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our team! We are looking for someone that communicates well, is a team player and is respectful. You will assist the property manager in all aspects of the management process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Tenant communications including answering phones and greeting tenants
- Assist with lease administration activities, leases, renewal paperwork, and security deposits
- Assisting with maintenance operations
- Data entry into property management software and managing reports
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of property management and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A friendly and positive attitude
- A valid driver's license and insured transportation
Environment: This position requires the ability to work seated for several hours at a time and the ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally. Some filing is required. The work environment is an air-conditioned, smoke free office environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position occasionally requires local day travel.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
