ABOUT THE SALES ASSISTANT JOB

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll focus primarily on assisting our Sales Team. This position is a hybrid role that requires full-time in-office work during the first 90 days for training purposes; after training, the Sales Assistant may either work remotely or in-office 4 days per week.

Job Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Schedule discovery calls
  • Do final paperwork and
  • Follow up on proposal signatures 
  • Manage CEO’s consultation calendar
  • Help with creating proposal presentations
  • Take notes during meetings
  • Keep CRM (HubSpot) up-to-date through database management
  • Return calls
  • Send over follow up information to potential clients when requested
  • Help with: events, event prep, organizing sales materials
  • Review CEO email, answer when possible, and pin emails that CEO needs to follow up on.
  • Ensure new clients are set up in our systems appropriately
  • Attend sales appointments with the CEO or sales staff when needed to assis
  • Work proactively with the team to ensure client succes
  • Use the communication tools provided by the company
  • Follow established processes
  • Adhere to the company’s core values
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service when working directly with clients
  • Perform duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous administrative assistant experience in a sales environment
