Payrate: -

• $45/hr on w2 without benefits for local Candidates
• $55/hr on w2 without benefits for Traveler

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Length of Assignment: 15 weeks with possible extensions

Hours per Week: 40 hours per week

Shift and Time: 5 days per week

Schedule Details: Days 2:45PM -11:15 PM

License Required: State License required

Experience Required: 1 years of exp

Certificates Required: BLS, Vaccination card

Job Overview
The Rehabilitation RN is responsible for providing nursing care and rehabilitative support to patients recovering from physical disabilities, injuries, or surgeries. They work as part of an interdisciplinary team to assist patients in achieving maximum independence and quality of life.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in health status.
• Assist with rehabilitation exercises, mobility, and physical therapy.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes, exercises, and home care.
• Coordinate care with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians.
• Provide emotional support and motivate patients toward rehabilitation goals.
• Advocate for patients' well-being and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare protocols, infection control, and safety measures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and adjust care plans as needed.
