**Parts Specialist**
**Duties:**
- Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure stock levels are sufficient
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Market and promote parts and accessories to increase sales
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in an automotive parts store
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems and software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
