Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for sales. Duties: - Conduct cold calls and follow-up on leads to generate new business opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers - Present product information to customers in a clear and persuasive manner - Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers - Provide sales support by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets - Utilize software tools to track sales activities and manage customer information - Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and making recommendations for replenishment Experience: - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field - Strong knowledge of sales management principles and practices - Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and customer management - Excellent math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins - Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers - Bilingual proficiency is a plus At our company, we offer competitive compensation, including commission-based incentives.
