Automotive Internet Sales Rep
- Tracks and responds to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
- Photgraphs all incoming inventory and uploads to our website
- Photograph and video specific units for upload to social media
- Monitors incoming e-mail traffic from website and referral services
- Develops client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead
- Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to clients
- Meets and greets prospects
- Presents and demonstrates inventory
- Receives on-line and manual Credit Applications
- Remains current with products, market trends, and certifications
- Understands and implements the dealership sales process
- Takes digital photos for posting on the website
- Provides EXCELLENT customer service!
Automotive Internet SalesRepresentative Requirements:
- Pre-Owned Sales Experience Preferred
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- Clean background and driving record
- Drug free
