• 
  Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Manage contracting, titling, and related financial paperwork for the sale of a vehicle
• Monitor/manage the sales team's progress and performance
• Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
• Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
• Create an annual forecast and budget for the new car department
• Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance

• 
  Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience required
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
