Who You Are…
As the Office Administrator, you are self-directed and understand how the individual pieces fit together to make sure an organization flows smoothly. You have a background in office administration, teamwork, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and inventory control with an ability to help provide process and support working directly with the owners of the company.
You are a curious learner with interest in social/digital media as you help, support, and update our website.
You work well independently to support processes, marketing, inventory management, AP/AR and financial reporting.
What You Bring…
A drive to look for solutions, continuous learner, and an ability to work independently.
Experience in office operations, finance and marketing.
Experience or acumen in accounting software (Quickbooks), Microsoft Office, and Google Applications as well as an ability to quickly master new systems and technology.
What You Will Own…
Inbound inventory control and reporting and outbound Q/A returns.
Account reconciliation and invoicing.
Payable scheduling and reconciliation.
General administrative support.
Material ordering and procurement
Website content and digital/social media updates.
You will work directly with the owners and engineering staff to help drive the growth of the company. You will help prepare and analyze the core financial information with the leadership team and provide structure and processes that contribute to the overall performance for the company.
