Position Summary:
The Marketing Analyst will support the digital product team, the marketing channels and the operations team initiatives/projects with emphasis on conversational intelligence and marketing analytics. This associate will work jointly with the marketing channels to manage tracking and engagement of new marketing campaigns as well as provide support for acquisitions and net new locations. The Marketing Analyst will also work with cross-functional teams to assist with any custom reporting and dashboards as well as monitor and coordinate field requests.
Organizational Relationships:
The Marketing Analyst will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Digital Product. This Analyst will also work closely with the marketing analytics team, all marketing channels, and the operations team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support digital product leadership on various projects with emphasis on inbound call tracking, conversational intelligence, and visual dashboard projects.
- Report on inbound call KPIs, attribution and call outcomes.
- Manage marketing promotional phone numbers, Interactive Voice Response System (IVRs) and the respective marketing data for existing and new locations.
- Audit marketing data for accuracy and perform any necessary data remediation on a regular basis
- Perform basic conversational intelligence related tasks such as AI signal training and auditing.
- Maintain and update marketing attribution data configurations, processes, and best practices documentation.
- Interact with field personnel to fulfill IVR related change requests.
- Coordinate meetings with other marketing channels to ensure effective communication of backlog requests progress, and that requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing channels and operations team with research, reporting, and dashboard projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two years of marketing and data management or reporting experience is highly preferred
- Past experience with inbound call tracking and analytics is preferred
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- Must be detail oriented and data driven
- Proficient in all MS Office suite of products
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
