Pay:
- Monthly draw
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- 5 day work week
- Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- Operating hours of the store
Responsibilities:
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
- Answer customer leads and questions via the internet and assist in answering their questions.
- Work with customers on the phone to set appointments and answer any product questions.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Compensation based on commission sales
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Technologically savvy with computers
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to operate a vehicle
- Ability to sit for 2- 4 hours
- Ability to stand and walk for 4 - 6 hours
- Visual acuity to read and type for 2 - 6 hours
- Simple grasping and fine manipulation to sort through papers for 2 - 4 hours
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds unassisted
Work Environment:
- Both in and outdoors in all seasons and types of weather
- Frequently in and out of vehicles
